摘 要:研究了齿轮五杆机构连杆上任一点F的工作空间、连杆曲线的数学模型及影响参数。基于MATLAB开发了连杆曲线的参数化绘制软件,探讨了传动比和初始相位差等对连杆曲线的影响规律。研究了标准位置下齿轮五杆机构连杆转角的傅里叶级数展开式和一般位置下连杆曲线的傅里叶级数展开式,得出了标准位置连杆转角和一般位置连杆曲线归一化后的谐波特征参数表达式及之间的关系式。该项研究为齿轮五杆机构的轨迹优化综合或建立电子图谱库提供了理论依据。The working space of any point F on linkage of a gear five-bar linkage,the mathematical model and the influencing factors of connecting rod curve were studied.The parametric drawing software of connecting rod curve was developed based on MATLAB,and the influence law of transmission ratio and initial phase difference on the curve of connecting rod was discussed.The Fourier series expansion of rotation angle of gear five-bar linkage under standard position and Fourier series expansion of gear five-bar linkage under general position were studied.The harmonic characteristic parameters normalized expression of connecting rod rotation angle under standard position and connecting rod curve general position of gear fivebar linkage and the relation between them were obtained.It provides a theoretical basis for the trajectory optimization or the establishment of the electronic atlas library of the gear five-bar linkage.
