摘 要:基于对特殊教育教师发展特点及现状的分析,大数据时代的到来,将会为特殊教育教师专业发展带来四种机遇:打破"小样本"的限制,特殊教育教师群体专业水平将获得跨越式提升;特殊教育教师专业学习将打破时空限制进入"全民化"时代;特殊教育教师自组织的专业发展状态将成为可能;特殊教育教师的专业发展评价将在行业内部真正实现。同时,特殊教育也必须要应对四方面的挑战:特殊教育的专业性将面临质疑,特殊教育整体专业性发展趋于弱化,学习共同体建立面临否定和超越的矛盾,面对新的学习方式转型难度大。要把握好大数据时代带给特殊教育教师专业发展的机遇,应对大数据时代特殊教育教师专业发展的挑战,需要从大数据相关的政策、大数据基础设施建设、大数据相关文化建设、大数据相关专业人才培养四方面来积极应对。The advent of the age of big data,on the strength of the interpretation of the features and status quo of special education teachers ' development, will bring forth four varieties of opportunities for them: their professional level will be enhanced with the smashing of "small sample"restrictions; their professional learning will step into popularization with the breaking of time and space limits; they will possibly devise their own professional development and they will finally fulfill the peer evaluation of their professional development.Meanwhile,there also exist four aspects of challenges that the special education teachers need to be confronted with: the professionalism of special education is weakening and shall be up against questioning; the establishment of the learning community has to be exposed with the contradiction between negation and transcendence; and also,great difficulties need to be faced with in the transition of new learning ways. Therefore,to grasp the opportunity and accept the challenges bestowed by the age of big data for the professional development of special education teachers,we need to be aware of the related policies,to construct the infrastructure and culture and to cultivate some professionals in relation to the specialty of Big Data.
