应用型本科高校引入“双证书”制度的必要性研究

摘　　要：应用型本科教育的办学定位与人才培养目标决定了其培养方法与途径区别于学术型高校,突出知识的应用能力培养。"双证书"制度的引入是应用型本科有效培养高素质技能应用人才的有力抓手,从国家政策法规、培养目标、市场需求及学生的全面发展四个方面阐述了实施"双证书"制度的合理性与必要性。The school-running orientation and talents cultivating objectives of application-oriented university determine its trainingmethods and approaches are different from those of academic university. The former emphasizes the cultivation of students’applica.tion ability. Introducing“double-certificate”system in application-oriented university is an effective method to train talents withhigh quality and skills. In this paper, the rationality and necessity of implementing“double-certificate”system is explained from thefour aspects of national policies and regulations, cultivating objectives, market demands and all-round development of students.
