高职公共英语教师角色转型及发展途径探究

摘　　要：高等职业教育加强内涵建设、公共英语向行业英语转型、教育信息化及公共英语教学现状对高职公共英语教师提供了机遇和挑战。以广东轻工职业技术学院公共英语教师发展实践为例,探索高职公共英语教师适应新形势、新要求,进行角色转型,提高自身专业素养、信息素养和执教能力的途径,为高职院校公共英语教师发展提供借鉴。With the fast development of connotation construction of higher vocational education,the tendency from general English to English for occupational purpose orientation,information education and the teaching reality,the teachers are facing challenges as well as opportunities. This article,taking the teachers ' development practice in Guangdong Industry Polytechnic as example,explored the methods to train the professional quality,information literacy and teaching ability to offer practical ways for public English teachers' development.
