摘  要:合译指由两名以上译员协作,共同完成译著的一种翻译方法,在我国佛经翻译时期尤为盛行。本文结合佛经译场的相关理论"五失本"、"八备"和"玄奘译场",以福建师大翻译团队的译书实践经历为例,探索并构建了MTI合译实践模式。合译模式涉及译员素质的"四个基本点"和"五员"、"十步"的翻译方法。"四个基本点"指:翻译理想、史学意识、尊重原本和团队合作;"五员"指参与翻译的主译、辅译、普通译员、审校和编辑;"十步"翻译方法则涉及翻译过程中具体的十种分工。MTI合译实践模式的构建旨在填补MTI合译教学的空白,弘扬MTI学生"在做中学"的翻译精神。Co-translation is a unique translation method which involves at least two translators to complete a translation task.Combining with the related theories of Buddhist sutra translation field such as " Five Deviations from the Original", " Eight Qualifications" and " Translation Procedures in Xuan Zang's times",this article reviewed the translation practice of Fujian Normal University.Through FNU's translation team experience,it is found that MTI translation mode might be constructed with a focus on fostering MTI students' translation ideal and historical consciousness.Also,fostering the spirit of teamwork and a good consciousness of the source text ought to be a top priority in MTI-related practical programs.It is suggested that a new co-translation method named"Five Members"and"Ten Steps"might be applied in translation practice.In doing so,MTI students might become active participants and a strong force in the development of translation career.
