摘  要:"国培计划"项目县承担的"送教下乡"培训项目是一种新型的培训方式,科学、规范地实施并掌握有效的评价策略进行监管,才能保障项目县取得预期的培训效果。教育部连续两年印发了《送教下乡培训指南》,足见规范送教下乡培训的重要和国家对这一培训项目的重视。笔者通过规划、设计的"送教下乡"培训评价策略和方法,进行两年的实施验证,探索切实可行的省县两级"送教下乡"评价策略体系,进一步指导培训项目的有序开展。The outstanding teachers execute demonstration activity in regions program is a new method of training upheld by the implementer country of national training program. only under the scientific and normative implement and the effective supervision of evaluation strategy,the expected training result of implementer country could be guaranteed effectively. Ministry of Education have issued the"outstanding teachers execute demonstration activity in regions program"for two consecutive years, which can demonstrate the importance of normalizing‘teaching to the regions’ and the national attention of this program. The author via planning and designing the evaluation strategies and methods of the"outstanding teachers execute demonstration activity in regions program", implemented verification for two years, to explore the practical evaluation for"outstanding teachers execute demonstration activity in regions program"at rural and municipal levels, which can further guide the training program developing in right order.
