摘 要:职业教育集团实现产教融合、校企合作和教育资源利用最优化,不仅是职业教育体制机制改革的重要成果,也是近些年来职业教育的发展趋势。在职业教育集团中,企业参与职业教育的主动性在逐步提高,不再仅仅处于人才教育链条的最末端,而是逐渐融入到人才培养的整个过程中,角色的变化更好地发挥了其自身的教育作用,对于职业教育集团的其他参与者来说亦是好处多多,同时,企业承担的责任更加重大,任务更加艰巨。the vocational education groups have realized the integration of production and teaching,the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the optimization of educational resource utilization.It is not only an important achievement in the reform of vocational education system and mechanism but also the trend of vocational education in recent years.In vocational education groups,the initiative of enterprises to participate in vocational education is gradually increasing,and they no longer lied in the end of the education chain,but gradually integrated into the whole process of training.The change of roles has given play to the education function of itself,and it is also very beneficial for other participants of vocational education groups.In the meantime,the responsibility of enterprises is even greater and their tasks are more arduous.
