论电大法学本科专业课程体系设置的原则

摘  要:电大法学专业学生的学习需求调查为法学专业课程体系设置的"供给侧"改革提供了依据,但是国家统一法律职业资格考试的改革趋势为电大成人法学专业的前景带来不小的困扰。在学生需求与国家政策的统一背景下理顺法学专业课程体系设置的原则,是法学专业进一步发展、专业课程体系进一步深入改革的前提。电大法律类课程体系的设置原则应把握:分开层次、拉开档次,尽量满足学历型学习者、知识需求型学习者与复合需求型学习者的不同学习需求;理论与实践并举,将电大的法学教育办成距离生产第一线最近的高等教育;以能力提升维系学习动机,使学习能够真正改变人的行为。在国家法律职业资格考试改革的大背景下,电大法学教育应办出特色,将特色转化为优势,赢得自己的市场空间与社会价值。The investigation of the learning needs of the RTVU law students provides the basis for the reform of the"supply side"of the curriculum system of the law major.However,the reform trend of the national legal professional qualification examination brings about a great trouble to the future of the adult law major of RTVU.In the context of the unity of student needs and national policies,the principle of rationalizing the curriculum system of law major is a prerequisite for further development of law major and further deepening reform of specialized curriculum system.The principle of setting up the course system of RTVU law is expected to:separating levels,scattering degree,as far as possible to meet the needs of the academic-type learners,knowledge-oriented learners and compound-demand learners;the law education in RTVU should pay attention to the theory and practice and aim to be the higher education which is nearest to the forefront of the production;to maintain learning motivation with the ability enhancement,so that learning can really change people's behaviors.Under the background of the reform of national legal profession qualification examination,RTVU's jurisprudence education should feature,transform its characteristics into advantages and win its own market space and social value.
