摘　　要：人才培养方案作为高职院校专业建设的核心，制定和完善人才培养方案应始终紧贴先进的职业教育教学理念。“现代学徒制”作为目前国内主要的职业教育发展方向，应在人才培养方案中充分体现。本文基于“现代学徒制”理念，以城市轨道交通运营管理专业为例对高职院校人才培养方案的制定和实施进行研究，为在高职院校深入推行“现代学徒制”提供研究基础。As the core of professional construction in higher vocational colleges, the formulation and perfection of tal-ent training program should be close to the advanced vocational education teaching concept. ＂Modem apprentice-ship＂ is one of the main direction of Vocational Education in China, it should be fully reflected in the talent trainingprogram. Based on the concept of modem apprenticeship, this paper takes the urban rail transit operation manage-ment specialty as an example to study the formulation and implementation of talent training program in higher voca-tional colleges, so as to provide the research foundation for the further implementation of modem apprenticeship inhigher vocational colleges
