摘　　要：无论是口腔医学教育还是口腔医学考试，都应以岗位胜任力为导向。为使考试更好地满足口腔医学教育发展及我国医药卫生改革的总体要求，国家医学考试中心通过开展对标准化病人（standardized patients，sP）在口腔医师临床能力评价中的应用研究。结果表明，SP作为一种重要的能力考核方法，具有全面性、真实性、系统性、标准化及可操作性等优势，能有效地评价口腔医师所应具备的岗位胜任能力，具有不可替代的作用；并在考核口腔医师的沟通交流、人文关怀、健康宣教、临床思辨和技能操作等能力方面进行探索。Stomatology education and examination should be oriented with the position competence. In order to better meet the requirements of the stomatology education and the development of China＇s med- ical and health reform, National Medical Examination Center made relevant research to explore the strategies of applying SP in dentists＇ clinical competence evaluation. From the research we can conclude： SP has an irreplaceable role in effectively evaluating the various abilities of medical students. As an important ability evaluation method, standardized patients （SP） have the advantages of comprehensiveness, authenticity, systernaticness, standardization and operability, which has an irreplaceable role to effectively evaluate the job competence of a dentist. And standardized patients （SP） can also be used to make exploration in the assessment of oral doctor＇s communication, humanistic care, health education, clinical thinking and skill operation and other aspects of the ability
