摘  要:高职教育作为职业教育的重要组成部分,承担着培养面向生产一线的高素质技术技能型人才的重任。目前高职人才培养中仍然存在一些问题,如重泛学欠精进,学生专业素养不足;操作能力本位,忽视学生综合素养;评价方式单一,过于注重学习成绩。为了有效解决这些问题,常州刘国钧高等职业技术学校探索实践"双核驱动、双轨融合"人才培养模式,以刘国钧人才观"懂技术、会管理"双核为驱动,深化第一课堂的教学改革,系统设计第二课堂教学内容,将第一课堂和第二课堂双轨融合,取得了良好的成效,提高了人才培养的质量。Higher vocational education, as an important part of vocational education, bears the important task of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents facing production. At present, in talent training there still exist such problems as focus on extensive studies while negligence of precise intensiveness and insufficient professionalism of students; focus on students' operational ability while ignoring the training of their comprehensive quality; single evaluation ways leading to excessive emphasis on their academic performance. To solve these problems effectively, Liuguojun Vo-Tech College of Changzhou explores and practices the talent training mode of "dual core drive and dual track integration"and with the view of Liuguojun's talent training as the drive of the "understand-technology-andmanagement"dual core, deepens the teaching reform of classroom teaching and systematically designs the teaching contents of extracurricular activities, and achieves good effects and improves the quality of talent training by integrating classroom teaching with extracurricular activities.
