摘 要:学生指导是针对学生在认识和处理自我、自我与他人、自我与社会关系中遇到的问题,提供全面、系统的咨询与服务,以帮助学生认识自我、认识世界、完善自我。在"新高考时代",建立生涯指导、学习指导和心理指导"三位一体"的学生指导制度,是适应教育变革需要、促进学生核心素养形成的必然要求。在学生指导体系中,生涯指导、学习指导和心理指导既各有侧重,又相互交织、互相渗透。其中,生涯指导处于基础性地位,是学生发展的"奠基石";学习指导对学生发展起着"助力"作用,是学生发展的"驱动器";心理指导在学生发展中起着疏通和纠正作用,是学生发展的"调节器"。Student guidance refers to provide comprehe-ive and systematic consuhation and service to help students understand themselves', understand the world and self perfection in understanding and dealing wltla me relationship among the self, self and others, self and society.In the new era of College Entrance Examination, it is necessary to establish a "Trinity" student guidance system for career guidance, learning guidance and psychological guidance to meet the needs of educational reform and promote the formation of students' core quality. In the student zuidance system, career guidance, learning guidance and psychological guidance all has its own emphasis, and interweave and infiltrate each other. Among them, the career guidance is in a basic position and is "cornerstone" in the development of students; learning guidance on the development of students plays a "power" role and is "driver" in the development of students; psychological guidance plays a clear and correct role in students' development and is "regulator" in the development of students.
