摘　　要：就如何建立一体化的电力职业教育与培训体系,从理论、实践及成效上进行了深入创新与实践。利用自身优势,建设了一流的专业群和实训资源,建成了一支专兼结合的"双师型"师资队伍,职业教育和职业培训全面发展。From the perspective of theory, practice and effectiveness, this paper has studied the innovation and practice of how to establish the integrated electric power vocational education and training system.With its own advantage, the top-ranking professional group and practical training has been built and the ＂Double-role teachers＂ teaching staff combined with full-time and part-time teachers has been constructed to promote the complete development of vocational education and vocational training.
