摘　　要：本文从原料配方、性能指标和包装应用等方面综述以水果和蔬菜为基材的可食性果蔬膜包装材料的国内外研究现状,并对目前果蔬膜的研究与应用中存在的一些问题进行分析并提出发展建议,以期为果蔬膜在可食性包装方面的应用提供理论依据和参考。This paper reviewed the research status of edible packing films based on fruit and vegetable（ fruit-vegetable films） from the aspects of raw material formula, performance index and packaging application. In addition, the existing problems and development prospects of fruit- vegetable films were also outlined in order to provide the theoretical and experimental foundation for their edible packaging application.
