摘　　要：通过对我国农村义务教育学生营养改善计划实施背景、国内外研究现状及营养改善计划实施中存在的食品安全、后勤保健、制度执行中的困难等问题进行综述,并提出完善法律支持和维护制度、健全监督机制、把好食品安全关、建立从业人员培训制度等建议,以促进我国营养改善计划的长足发展。Through the implement background of rural compulsory education students＇ nutrition improvement program, it summaries the difficul- ties and problems such as food safety, rear service and health care, and the system of domestic and foreign study status and nutrition improve- ment program implement. It puts forward that perfect supervision mechanism, keep food safety, establish the system of employees training and so on, so as to promote substaintial development of nutrition improvement program in our country.
