摘　　要：目前"教育技术研究"存有三种"研究事实":一是"教育技术理论"和"教育技术实践"存有尖锐的矛盾,"教育技术理论"和"教育技术实践"各自为政、相互指责;二是与其他学科研究相比,"教育技术研究"没能形成一套属于自己的独特的"学科话语逻辑体系",学科立场不明确,缺乏可积累的、持续性的"教育技术知识";三是"教育技术研究"系统内部缺乏一种"哲学深思",即教育技术研究者缺乏在"哲学深思"基础上对教育技术研究问题的剖析、把控与决断能力。对此,深刻认识教育技术理论和教育技术实践关系的复杂性,努力建构教育技术研究自身独特的话语逻辑体系,从认识论、本体论、价值论和方法论等层面对"教育技术研究"重新进行系统的"哲学深思",重构"教育技术研究哲学",以形成正确的"行动观念"和实践"价值取向",进而理解新时代下"教育技术研究"的"新的价值使命",这是"教育技术研究哲学"论证的"基本议题"。Currently, there are three kinds of research facts in the educational technology research. Firstly , there are penetratingcontradictions bet^veen educational technology theory and educational technology practice , they blame each other and do their things in their own way. Secondly ,compared with other studies , there is no discourse logic sytem of their own,with unclear disciplines standpoint and lack of accumulated and sustainable educational technology knowledge in the educational of a kind of research basis（ philosophical reflection） in the internal educational technology research system , and of theabilities to analyze , handleand makedecision on educational technology issues on such basis. To og researchers need to fully grasp the particularity of educational technolog research , deeply recognize ship bet^veen the educational technology theory and educational technology practice , establish the discourse logic system of their own ,dare to form Chinese educational technology school, and renew the systematic philosophical reflection on educational technology research from the dimensions of epistemolog , ontolog , axiology and methodolog , and construct educational phy,so as to reveal and understand the newvalue mission of educational technology research, and form correct action concept,which isthe basic task of educational technology research philosophy.
