“政产学研用”合作育人模式的研究与实践——以河南师范大学制药工程专业为例

摘　　要：针对我国现阶段本科生教育培养中存在培养模式单一、本科生创新意识不强、教师队伍结构单一、高校与企业合作不足;基于河南师范大学化学化工学院制药工程专业,借鉴发达国家本科生协同培养的经验,结合我国本科生培养实际,提出了以学校为主导的本科生培养模式,分析了在这一培养模式下的培养目标、进行有效的探索研究。在分析了河南师范大学制药工程专业实践教学现状基础上,建立了"政产学研用"五位一体的合作育人模式。As for the problems existing in undergraduate education in China currently involving that the innovation consciousness of undergraduates is not strong, the structure of teachers is single, and the cooperation between colleges and universities is not e- nough, and based on the pharmaceutical engineering in School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Henan Normal University, the author puts forward the training mode of undergraduates under the background of the cultivation of undergraduates in China, and analyzes the training objectives in this training mode, and makes an effective exploratory study. Based on the analysis of the status quo of practical teaching of pharmaceutical engineering specialty in Henan Normal University, this paper establishes the five - in - one cooperative education mode of ＂the government- the user- industry-academy-research cooperation＂.
