摘　　要：聋生课堂教学质量直接关系着聋生的培养质量,影响课堂质量的因素有很多,通过对课堂教学中存在的问题进行总结和分析,分析导致课堂教学质量低的各个因素,以引起大家的重视和更为深入地思考,从而提出更有效、更积极的改善措施,着力提高聋生课堂教学的质量,真正提升学生的就业能力。Deaf students' classroom teaching quality is directly related to the education of the deaf students. There're many factors affecting the quality of the classroom. Through the summary and analysis on the problems existing in the classroom teaching, we try to analyze the factors that cause the low classroom teaching quality. In order to attract the attention of the people and a more in-depth thinking, more effective and more positive improvement measures are put forward to improve the quality of deaf students' classroom teaching, and really promote the employment ability of students.
