摘　　要：目的了解邯郸市儿童市售含乳饮料中防腐剂、甜味剂的使用情况,加强食品添加剂的监测。方法按GB/T5009-2003规定的方法对含乳饮料中的苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、甜蜜素、安赛蜜进行定量测定。结果以GB 2760-2014中相关标准进行评价,54份样品中防腐剂检出率为29.6%,超标率为0.0%;甜味剂检出率为118.5%,超标率为16.7%;甜味剂叠加使用的检出率为22.2%,超标率为16.7%。结论调查结果显示邯郸市市售儿童含乳饮料中甜味剂使用较广,而且超量使用、叠加使用情况令人担忧,需加强对其生产、消费环节的监督管理,以确保广大儿童的健康和安全。Objective To investigate the use of preservatives and sweeteners in Handan City children ＇s milk drinks,and to strengthen the monitoring of food additives. Methods According to the method of GB/T under 5009-2003,drink milk of benzoic acid,sorbic acid,saccharin sodium,sodium cyclamate,Acesulfame-K were measured. Results To evaluate the GB2760-2014 standards,54 samples of preservatives in the detection rate was 29. 6%,exceed the standard rate of 0. 0% sweeteners; the detection rate was 118. 5%,exceed the standard rate was 16. 7%; the detection rate using the superposition of sweet agent is 22. 2%,exceed the standard rate of 16. 7%. Conclusion The survey results show that in milk beverage sweeteners are widely used in children in Handan City,and excessive use,the use of superposition of concern,need to strengthen the supervision and management of the production and consumption,to ensure that the majority of children＇s health and safety.
