摘  要:我国高职院校面临日益严峻的生存危机。为了提高高职院校人才培养质量和核心竞争力,需要对高职毕业生就业岗位核心能力进行需求分析,量身打造企业所需人才。文章在前期研究基础上,针对现有研究不足,提出了基于招聘广告内容分析进行高职毕业生就业岗位核心能力需求分析的方法,创新了就业岗位核心能力需求类目框架的确定方法。以深圳市企业电子商务就业岗位为例,收集企业面向高职毕业生发布的880条网络招聘广告,采用描述性统计分析、析因方差分析和关联规则数据挖掘方法,详细展示了采用该方法进行高职毕业生岗位核心能力需求分析的基本过程。文章所提出的岗位能力需求分析方法,可以帮助高职院校深入了解企业岗位对核心能力的需求特征,为高职院校各专业制定人才培养方案以及设置课程体系提供决策参考。Higher vocational colleges are facing an increasing survival crisisin China. In order to improve thequality of talents cultivation and the core competitiveness of students in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to carry on the demand analysis of the core competence of the graduates' employment positions, and to tailor the talents needed by the enterprises. On the basis of the previous research, and in view of the lack of existing research, this paper puts forward the method of analyzing the core competence requirement of the graduates' employment positions based on the content analysis of the recruitment advertisements, and improves the methods of determining the core competence requirement framework of the employment positions. Taking e-commerce employment positions of the enterprises in Shenzhen as an example, this paper has collected 880 online recruitment advertisements for higher vocational graduates, by adopting the methods of descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis and association rule data mining method to show the demand analysis process of position competence. The position competence requirement analysis method proposed by this paper can help higher vocational colleges to gain a better understanding of the characteristics of competence demands of employment positions, and provide decision-making reference for the development of professional training programs and the curriculum system.
