摘  要:首先,给出了主要工业化国家高等职业教育的人才培养目标以及我国高等职业教育人才培养目标定位的演变脉络;接着,阐述了人才类型的划分及职业带理论,认识了技术技能人才并给出了技术教育回归的意义;最后,诠释了人才规格和人才培养目标的内涵,从三个目标定位主体的角度分析了高等职业教育人才培养目标的确立依据,并分析了影响高等职业教育人才培养目标变化的五个因素。再认识和思考高等职业教育人才规格与培养目标的定位,对于实现其又好又快发展具有重要意义。First, the talent cultivation objectives of major industrialized countries' Higher Vocational Education ( HVE, for short) as well as evolution course of the talent cultivation objectives' orientation of our country's HVE are given. Then, the talent type division and Occupational Spectrum are expounded, the technical and skilled talent is known, and the significance of technical education's regression is given. Finally, the connotation of the talent standards and the talent cultivation objectives are given. The bases of the talent cultivation objectives of the HVE are analyzed from the perspective of three target positioning subjects. And five factors that influence the change of the talent cultivation objectives of the HVE are analyzed. Re-recognizing and thinking the orientation of the talent stand- ards and the talent cultivation objectives of HVE will have important significances to realize its sound and fast development.
