摘　　要：广州学习型社会建设开展十多年来,在政策引导、机制创新、组织建设、内涵建设等方面采取了诸多举措,取得了一定的成绩,创新了学习型社会建设模式,有力地推进了广州学习型社会建设,同时也存在一些不足。展望未来,广州学习型社会建设还需在体制机制、政策法规、队伍建设等方面作出进一步的努力。Over the past ten years,learning society construction in Guangzhou has proceeded in policy guidance,mechanism innovation,organization building and connotation construction.Some achievements and innovation have been made in the process,and Guangzhou learning society construction has entered a new stage,but some shortcomings still exists.Looking forward,Guangzhou Learning society construction needs to make further efforts in the aspects of institutional mechanism,policies and regulations building as well as team building.
