摘　　要：紫外吸收剂是一种被广泛使用于食品接触材料中的添加剂,可使材料防老化防褪色。但是它会不可避免地从食品包装材料中迁出,进入食物,对人体健康造成潜在风险。本文对紫外吸收剂的分类,潜在风险,从食品接触材料中迁出的规律及检测方法进行综述。UV absorbent is a kind of additive which is widely used in food contact materials. UV absorbent can prevent materials from aging and fading. But it will inevitably move out of food packaging and immigrate to food, posing a potential risk to human health. Structure characteristics, potential risks, migration principles and detection methods of UV absorbent are reviewed in this paper.
