摘　　要：高职院校办学质量很大程度上取决于高职教师的能力和素养,匠人精神又是高职教师核心素养之一,在厘清匠人精神内涵的基础上,分析高职教师缺乏匠人精神的三大主观原因及三大客观原因,有针对性地提出拉近高职教师与匠人精神距离的两大举措,为高职教师更好地投入高职教育教学寻找可行途径。The teaching quality of vocational colleges depends largely on their teachers ＇ academic abilities and professional qualities in which the spirit of craftsmanship is the most important . The paper clarifies the connotation of spirit ofcraftsmanship , analyzes the causes of vocational college teachers lacking this spirit---three subjective causes and threeobjective ones, and proposes two measures .
