摘  要:全民性、终身性、与生活高度融合性是农村教育与生俱来的本质特征,农村教育曾经在人类教育史的绝大部分时期占据主导地位,农村教育的沉沦源于封建统治阶级对教育的全面垄断,在工业化和城市化进程中,农村教育更是面临空前的生存危机。然而,知识经济的时代契机、城乡一体的社会空间、现代学校教育批判的思想基础等因素决定了农村教育必将复兴,必将成为未来教育发展的主导形态,必将引领终身学习社会。Universality, lifelongness and integration into life are the inherent features of rural education. Rural education has occupied a dominant position in education during most of the human history. Its decline has been the result of comprehensive monopoly of education by the feudal ruling class and then it was faced with the unprecedented crisis of survival in the course of industrialization and urbanization. However,such factors as the opportunity of knowledge economy, the social space with urban-rural integration and the critical thoughts of school education determine that rural education will inevitably revive, become the dominant form of future education and lead the society of lifelong learning.
