摘 要:采用个体知觉歧视问卷、简易应对方式问卷和青少年心理适应性量表测量了300名流动儿童,探讨应对方式对流动儿童歧视知觉与心理适应的作用。结果表明:个体歧视知觉与心理适应存在显著的负相关,与消极应对存在显著的正相关;积极应对与心理适应存在显著的正相关,消极应对与心理适应存在显著的负相关;消极应对在流动儿童歧视知觉与心理适应之间起部分中介作用。学校、家庭、社会、政府应积极关注流动儿童健康成长,减少和消除歧视,纠正流动儿童消极应对方式,引导其主动交往、积极寻求社会支持,以促进其心理适应。300 migrant children were investigated by using the Individual Discrimination Perception Questionnaire, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and Adolescence Psychological Adaptability Scale. Results showed that: there is a significant negative correlation between the individual perceived discrimination and the psychological adjustment, while there is a significant positive correlation between the individual perceived discrimination andthe negative coping style; there is a significant positive relationship between the positive copying Style and the psychological adjustment, and there is a significant negative relationship between the negative copying style and the psychological adjustment; and the negative copying style has a mediating effect between migrant children's perceived discrimination and psychological adjustment. Accordingly, school, family, society and governmentshould actively focus on the healthy growth of migrant children, reduce and eliminate discrimination, correct their negative copying style, and guide them to communicate with others and seek social support to promote their psychological adjustment.
