转型发展背景下地方本科院校的学业考试改革研究

摘　　要：学业考试是监测人才培养质量的根本手段。转型发展背景下,学业考试制度改革的必要性在于:适应于转型发展的时代需要,以凸显其对于大学生专业实践技能的监测功能;促进"教""学""管"改革的需要,以推动应用型人才培养方案的实施。阻碍学业考试成果转化的原因在于地方本科院校内部的领导不力以及其与基层学校协调机制的缺失。学业考试制度改革的思路为:由地方政府组建地方本科院校和基层学校战略合作的平台,为学业考试制度改革提供校内校外一体化的实践保障;强化或凸显地方本科院校领导的主体责任和领导能力,为学业考试制度改革的顺利推进和转型成果的实践运用扫平校内阻力;组建转型发展的专题式学术研究团队,为学业考试制度改革提供必要的智力支持。The academic examination is the basic means to monitor the quality of personnel training. Under the background of transformation and development,the necessity of the reform of the academic examination system lies in the necessity of adapting to the times of transformation and development to highlight its monitoring function for college students＇ professional skills,and the needs to promote the reform of ＂ teaching＂, ＂ learning＂ and ＂ management＂ to promote the implementation of application-oriented talent training programmes. The reasons for the transformation of academic examination are the weak leadership of local universities and the lack of coordination mechanism with basic schools. The thoughts of the reform of the examination system is： by the local government to form a local undergraduate colleges and universities and the primary school of strategic cooperation platform,for the practice of the integration of school education examination system reform with security; Strengthen or highlight the main responsibility and leadership of local universities and colleges,and apply to the practical application of the reform of the academic examination system. An academic research team with the development of transformation will provide the necessary intellectual support for the reform of the academic examination system.
