摘　　要：高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，对国民经济发展和社会进步起着举足轻重的作用。兼职教师作为高职院校教师队伍建设中不可或缺的组成部分，其教学质量的优劣极大地影响高职院校的人才培养质量。分析高职兼职教师的现状，从政府、企业、高职院校、兼职教师四个层面入手，探讨兼职教师队伍建设的新思路，旨在优化高职院校师资队伍的结构配置、提高高职教学质量。As an important part of higher education,higher vocational education plays a vital role in economic development and social progress in our country. Part-time teachers have become an indispensable component of the teaching staff, and their teaching quality greatly affects the quality of personnel training in vocational college. The construction of part time teacher team has been discussed by some new thinking of four factors such as government, enterprise,vocational college schools and part-time teachers,in order to optimize the structure of teachers and to improve the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
