摘  要:通过设计一种工业机器人,研发出一套自动锻压系统,采用倍福PC机作为工控机,设有人机界面,并将机械手、模具、载物台与喷涂装置进行了再设计,实现了锻压过程的自动化、精确化、智能化。在降低生产成本的同时,不但提高了生产效率,而且降低了加工生产对操作人员的伤害,实现绿色锻压。By designing an industrial robot, a set of automatic forging system was researched and developed, which adopts the Beckhoff PC as the industrial personal computer and equipped with human-computer interface. Besides, the mechanical hand, mould, platform and spraying device were redesigned in order to realize the automatization, precision and intellectualization in the forging process. While reduce the production cost, the design can increase the production efficiency, in the meanwhile lower the physical injury to operators during the processing and manufacturing. Accordingly, the green forging pressure was realized.
