摘  要:教师是民办高校教育的主体和核心资源,对民办高校教师实施合理有效的激励措施有利于增强民办高校教育的质量和效率。该文通过分析民办高校教师非物质激励的重要性及现状,从校园文化、情感激励、尊重激励和职业生涯发展规划等四个方面提出民办高校教师非物质激励措施。Teachers are the main body and core resources of pri-vate higher education. Rational and effective incentives for pri-vate college teachers are conducive to enhancing the quality andefficiency of private higher education. Based on the analysis ofthe importance and current situation of non-material incentivesfor private college teachers, this paper puts forward the non-ma-terial incentive measures of private college teachers from four as-pects campus culture, emotional encouragement, respecting mo-tivation and career development planning.
