本科护生的死亡态度及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解本科护生的死亡态度现状及其影响因素,为医学院校开展护生的死亡教育提供参考和依据。[方法]使用Wong等编制的死亡态度描绘量表(修订版)(DAP-R量表)和自行设计的一般资料调查问卷,对某高校802名本科护生进行调查。[结果]本科护生的死亡态度各维度得分为:自然接受(3.81±0.59)分,死亡恐惧(2.85±0.69)分,死亡逃避(2.83±0.72)分,逃离接受(2.53±0.78)分,趋近接受(2.47±0.65)分。死亡态度的影响因素主要为家庭所在地(P<0.05)、年级(P<0.05)、自觉身心健康状况(P<0.05)、有无自杀念头(P<0.05)。[结论]本科护生的死亡态度以自然接受为主,其态度主要受家庭所在地、年级、自觉身心健康状况、有无自杀念头因素的影响。Objective:To understand the status quo of death attitude of undergraduate nursing students and its influencing factors,in order to provide a reference and basis for death education on nursing students in medical colleges.Methods:A total of 802 undergraduate nursing students in a university were conducted a survey by Death Attitude Profile-Revised(DAP-R)and a self-designed general information questionnaire.Results:Each dimension scores of death attitude of undergraduate nursing students included:natural acceptance(3.81±0.59),death fear(2.85±0.69),death avoidance(2.83±0.72),escape acceptance(2.53±0.78),and approach acceptance(2.47±0.65).The main influencing factors of death attitude were family location(P<0.05),grade(P<0.05),self-perceived physical and mental health status(P<0.05),and presence of suicidal thoughts(P<0.05).Conclusions:The death attitude of undergraduate nursing students was mainly natural acceptance,which was mainly influenced by family location,grade,self-perceived physical and mental health status,and presence of suicidal thoughts.
