摘　　要：混合所有制高职院校是职业教育的新型办学实体,是高职院校办学模式的新变革,对深化"产教融合、校企合作",落实"政府推动、市场引导",变革行政性管理,激发高职院校的办学活力具有重要的意义。当前公办混合所有制高职院校应实行"党委会领导、校长负责、董事会监督"的治理结构。Vocational colleges under the diversified ownership are the new type of the vocational education entities and the innovation of the educational model of higher vocational education institutions,which has important significance in terms of deepening the "industry-education integration and university-enterprise cooperation",implementing the "government promotion and market guidance"and inspiring the vitality of vocational colleges.At present the state-run vocational colleges under the diversified ownership should adopt the governance system of"president accountability under the leadership of the Party Committee and the supervision of the board".
