摘　　要：制约高职教学质量关键环节是教师的整体水平与能力,而教师队伍目前主要矛盾恰恰就是教师专业水平。教师领导力在教师专业发展中发挥着重要作用。该文阐述了领导力提升对教师专业发展的作用,教师领导力的构成,并从创新驱动、培训支撑、制度完善和激励等方面,就如何提高教师领导力给予策略建议,以期为加强教师队伍建设提供意见和参考。The capacity of the teachers in higher vocational schools is key to improving teaching quality,which is one of the most serious deficiency in teacher training. The leadership of teachers plays an important role in professional development. The contents and function of teacher leadership will be discussed in this article. The procedures of leadership improvement including training,the improvement of management and motivation will also be given to strengthen the cultivation of teachers.
