摘  要:能力本位教育把培养职业人员承担岗位责任所必需的能力作为基础,重点是使职业人员掌握从事具体工作所要求的能力。荷兰项目化教学实践在培养学员职业能力方面有很多先进的经验。在充分了解我国职业教育本土特色的前提下,我国高校应从能力本位的高度上认清其实质,加强校企紧密合作,转换教师和学员的角色,建立行之有效的监控系统,以培养学员的综合职业能力。Competency-based education is based on the ability to train professionals to take on a job responsibility. Emphasis is placed on the ability required for specific jobs for professionals to master. The practice of Holland project-oriented teaching has a lot of valuable experiences in training students' professional ability. On the premise of full understanding the local characteristics of vocational education in China, we should understand its essence from the competence-based level, strengthen the close cooperation between school and enterprise, convert the roles of teachers and students and establish an effective monitoring system so as to cultivate the comprehensive vocational ability of students.
