农职教育“工匠精神”培养与现代学徒制

摘　　要："工匠精神"是现代学徒制的精髓。培养具有"工匠精神"的高级技术人才是职业院校的责任和使命。为传承和培养农业工匠精神,在现代学徒制培养模式下,采取学校立德树人、企业传道授技、社会创造有利环境氛围等措施,使校企深度合作更加密切,培养了具有"工匠精神"的现代学徒人,为实现农业现代化,建成农业强国提供了人才支撑。"Craftsman spirit"is the essence of the modern apprenticeship system.It is the responsibility and mission of vocational colleges to cultivate advanced technical talents with"Craftsman spirit".In order to inherit and cultivate agricultural"Craftsman spirit",in the mode of modern apprenticeship cultivation,measures are taken to cultivate moral character by schools,teach skills by enterprises,and create a favorable environment atmosphere by the society.The cooperation between the school and enterprise is more closely,and the modern apprenticeship with"Craftsman spirit"has been trained.It provides talent support for the realization of agricultural modernization and the building of a powerful agricultural country.
