摘　　要：我国精神卫生问题日益加重,但精神科专业人才严重不足,加强精神科住院医师规范化培训是培养更多高质量精神科医师的重要保障。目前形成的住院医师规范化培训体系,对于提高医学生的培养质量起到了积极的促进作用,但精神科住院医师规培体系仍存在诸多不足,本文结合实际情况探讨培训存在的问题及对策。The problem of mental health is becoming more and more serious in China,but the psychiatric professionals are seriously inadequate. Strengthening standardized training is an important guarantee for the training more high-quality psychiatrists. The formation of the resident standardization training system has played a positive role to improve medical students＇ quality,but the standardized training system for psychiatry residents still have many shortcomings,this paper will discusses the existing problems and countermeasures according to the actual situation.
