摘　　要："以学生为中心"的教学理念主张高等教育应从以"教"为中心,向以"学"为中心转变.构建有效教学评价模式的核心在于完成4大转换任务,即从"为评价的教学"向"为教学的评价"的价值转换,从客位评价向主客结合的主体转换,从评"教"到评"学"的内容转换,从单一评价向多元评价的方法转换.The idea of student centered teaching advocates that higher education should change from ＂ teaching＂ to ＂ learn-ing＂. The core of constructing an effective teaching evaluation mode is to accomolish four major conversion tasks. The valuetrend of teaching evaluation should convert from ＂teaching for evaluation＂ to ＂evaluation for teaching . The valuator should con-vert from educational subject only to the combination of subject and object. Evaluation content should convert from ＂teaching e-valuation＂ to ＂learning evaluation＂. Evaluation method should convert from single evaluation to multi-evaluation.
