摘　　要：作为实现本科教学培养目标的一个重要的综合实践教学环节,毕业论文能够考察并培养本科生的综合能力和创新思维能力。它不仅能够反映出商务英语人才培养质量,还可以引发我们对创新型人才培养模式的思考。在进行商务英语教学时,更新教育理念,树立创新的教育思想,进行教学方法的创新,构建多元化的教学评价体系,才能够实现真正意义上的创新型人才的培养。As an important part of practical training process to realize the educational objective , graduation thesis can help to evaluateand cultivate the all-round ability and innovative thinking ability of college students. It can not only reflect the cultivation quality of Busi-ness English major talents, but can arouse our reflection on the cultivation mode of innovative talent. Only by updating educational idea,setting up the creative education thought, and carrying on the innovation of the teaching methods, and constructinga diversified teachingevaluation system, can we realize the cultivation of innovative talents in its true sense.
