摘  要:基于牵引车轻量化考虑,使用铝壳代替铸铁壳变速器后,动力总成质量减轻引起整车怠速振动较大。利用ADAMS对悬置系统刚体模态进行仿真分析,通过试验验证仿真模型的有效性,找出引起整车怠速振动的原因和优化方向。以悬置刚度为优化参数,以悬置系统主振动能量分布的加权组合为目标函数,给出优化后的悬置参数。最后,在怠速工况下对转向盘振动量和悬置传递率进行测试,结果表明,优化后整车振动得到明显改善。Based on the lightweight consideration of tractor, the cast-iron case of transmission was replaced by aluminum case. Thus, the weight of the powertrain system is reduced and the vehicle idle vibration is increased. The numerical software of ADAMS was adopted to simulate and analyze the rigid modal of the Powertrain Mounting System(PMS). The validity of the simulation model was verified through modal test, then the cause of vehicle idle vibration and the optimized direction were identified. The mounting stiffness was selected as the optimization parameter, the weighted combination of the main vibration energy distribution of PMS was selected as the objective function of optimization design.And then, the mounting optimization parameters were proposed. Finally, the vibration of steering wheel and the transmissibility of PMS were tested at idle. The test results showed that the vehicle vibration was significantly improved.
