新教师资格考试背景下高师教育学的教学改革初探

摘  要:我国新教师资格考试制度的正式颁布实施,意味着高校教育学和心理学等公共课的教学进入新的阶段。目前高师师范生存在学习目的应试化、学习方法机械化、教师授课单一等问题。需要高职教师灵活把握课程内容,注重开展有针对性且形式多样的实践活动,丰富教学方法,加强师生之间的互动等手段,来提高学生的教学知识和实践技能,从而达到新教师资格考试的培养要求。With the implementation of the new teacher qualification examination system in China, the teaching of public courses such as Pedagogy and Psychology will come to a new stage. In normal colleges, students tend to be exam-oriented, learning is mechanic and teaching methods are monotonous. To improve student teachers' teaching knowledge and practical skills, teachers need to use the course content flexibly, design more targeted and varied practical activity, vary the teaching method, strengthen the interaction between teachers and students. In this way, it is possible to achieve the training requirements of new teachers' qualification examinations.
