摘  要:学校是食物中毒高发场所。食物中毒的发生不仅影响师生身心健康和教学秩序,而且对当地的社会稳定造成不良影响。加强学校食物中毒防控是校园食品安全保障的重要举措。本文对我国学校食物中毒防控研究进行综述,旨在减少食源性疾病在校园的发生,为制定针对性的监管措施提供借鉴与参考。There is a high incidence of food poisoning in school. It not only affects the physical and mental health of teachers and students and teaching order,and contribute to the adverse impact on social stability. To strengthen the school food poisoning prevention and control is the important measure of campus food security. In this paper,the school food poisoning prevention and control research in China were reviewed,aimed at reducing the occurrence of food borne disease in the campus,and provide references for corresponding regulation measures.
