客家文化在大学生人格素养培育中的德育价值及实现路径

摘　　要：由于社会快速转型变迁,一些大学生受不良社会意识的影响,出现了理想信念空虚、急功近利、个人主义突出、诚信缺失等人格素养问题。培养大学生良好的人格素养,客家地区高校要加强大学生的客家文化教育,挖掘客家文化德育资源;要积极探索,创新教育手段,通过营造具有客家文化特色的校园文化,组织学生深入客家地区调研、诵读客家经典、整理客家史料、体验客家风土人情等方法,实现客家文化在大学生人格素养培育中的德育价值。Because of the rapid social transition and the influence of bad social consciousness, there are some trouble with college students' personality accomplishment, such as weak ideal and faith, utilitarianism, individualism, dishonesty. In order to cultivate college students' good personality accomplishment, colleges in Hakka areas should enhance college students' education of Hakka culture and excavate the moral resources of Hakka culture; and actively explore and innovate education means by organizing students to investigate Hakka areas, read the Hakka classics, arrange the Hakka historical materials, and experience the Hakka customs, etc.
