摘  要:通过问卷调查和个别访谈的方式,调查了808名技工院校新生的职业认知状况,在此基础上提出了在技工院校中加强职业认知教育的建议,包括优化新生入学教育、指导学生规划职业生涯、开展渗透性职业认知教育及培养学生职业探测能力。With questionnaires and individual interviews, this research investigated the career cognition status of 808 freshmen in technical schools. On this basis, some suggestions on how to improve the career cognitive education in technical schools were put forward, which included optimizing the entrance education for freshmen, instructing freshmen's career planning, carrying on the hidden curriculum of career cognitive and developing students' abilities of career exploration.
