高职院校中外合作办学项目可持续性分析

摘　　要：在高职院校中外合作办学项目的可持续性发展中仍然存在办学效果未实现预期目标、组织管理对接缺位、办学资源重量不重质和质量保障建设未落到实处等问题。高职院校需要重审项目办学宗旨,优选培养对象,由政府牵头规范组织管理,整合优质办学资源,搭建国际化教学联盟,突出行业企业评价,提升项目质量评估和监督管理。In the sustainable development of Sino-foreign cooperative education projects in higher vocational col- leges, there still exist some problems such as the failure to achieve the desired educational goals, the absence of organizational management in the connection, focus on quantity instead of quality in educational resources and the failure to implement the construction of quality assurance. Higher vocational colleges should reexamine the purpose of the ed- ucational projects, well select the training objects, standardize the organizational management in a government-led way, integrate high-quality educational resourees, build an internationalized teaching alliance, highlight the evaluation of the industry enterprises and improve the assessment, supervision and management of project quality.
