摘  要:为贯彻落实新高考综合改革方案中的"两依据一参考",宁波大学自2016年起,在"三位一体"高校综合评价招生中,积极探索利用综合素质评价。在报名环节,设置前置条件,框选生源;在评审环节,确定维度规则,好中选优;在面试环节,深入测评,精准选才。通过探索实践,使综合素质评价逐步实现了可行性、科学性、引领性,为完善多元化的高校人才选拔模式奠定基础。In order to thoroughly implement "Two Bases and One Reference" framework, Ningbo University has been actively exploring the use of comprehensive quality evaluation in "Three-in-One" comprehensive evaluation enrollment since 2016. In registration session, Ningbo University sets prerequisites for students' selection. In evaluation session, Ningbo University determines the dimensional rules and chooses excellent ones from good ones. In interview session, Ningbo University organizes test in depth and evaluates in accuracy. By exploring and practicing, Ningbo University aims to make comprehensive quality evaluation practicable, scientific and guidable step by step and therefore contributes to talent selection model in colleges and universities.
