摘  要:当前,中国产业结构正处在向高端制造业转型升级的关键时期,需要大量具备"工匠精神"的技术技能人才作为支撑。为此,职业教育的培养目标应当从以就业为导向提升到学习工匠之道,培养工匠型人才。在高职教育中,结合专业特点,通过赛教结合、校企结合、开发工匠型教学项目等方式探索工匠型人才培养模式,将"工匠精神"的养成融入到学习知识、训练技能的过程当中,是提高工匠型人才培养质量和水平的有效途径。At present, China's industrial structure is in the key period of transforming and upgrading to high-end manufacturing industry, and should be supported by a large number of skilled talents with "craftsman spirit". Therefore the training goal of vocational education should be promoted from employment-oriented to learning craftsmanship and cultivating craftsman talents. In higher vocational education, combined with the professional characteristics, it explores the craftsman talent training mode by combining competition and teaching, colleges and enterprises, and developing craftsman teaching project. It is an effective way to improve the quality and level of talent training by integrating the craftsman spirit into the process of knowledge learning and skills training.
