校长专业标准视野下的学校自治研究——基于上海市196位初中校长的现状调查

摘　　要：学校自治是学校管理的一种形式,自治权是校长专业标准中关于优化内部管理的一项重要职权。通过对上海196位初中校长自治权的实证研究,运用卡方检验对不同性质、区域、类型的学校和不同职级、任职年限的校长自治权进行交叉比较,提出以下建议:用好《专业标准》,开发实施细则;廓清权力边界,落实学校自治;平衡资源分配,建立问责机制;进行实务培训,加强职责意识;完善人事制度,建立退出机制。School Autonomy is a form of school management. In the Principals＇ Standards,it is an important authority for optimizing school internal management. Through empirical research on 196 junior high school principals in Shanghai,using the chisquare test of autonomy cross-comparison in different system,regions,types of schools and different levels,tenure of principals,made the following recommendations：good use of＂principals＇ standards＂,develop implementation details;clarify authority boundaries,implement school autonomy;balance allocation of resources,establish the accountable mechanism;conduct practical training,enhance awareness of duties;improve the personnel system,establish the exit mechanism.
