摘　　要：食品安全零风险追求食品中不含任何有害物质。然而,受检测技术的制约,未检测出并不意味着不含有害物质。在对食品安全零风险意愿内涵及影响分析的基础上,通过相关文献查找其相关影响因素,提出降低食品安全零风险意愿的应对策略。Food safety zero-tolerance pursues food without any harmful substances. However,under the restriction of the testing technology,the undetected didn't mean that there was no harmful substance. Based on the analysis of the connotation and influence of zero-tolerance willingness of food safety,related influencing factors were found out through literature review,and a strategy to reduce the zero-tolerance willingness of food safety was proposed.
