摘 要:针对某履带车辆动力传动系统,建立了多质量弹性系统模型。通过装配C35型和C48型两种簧片弹性联轴器在机械工况的动力传动系统的振动计算和台架试验,得到C48型的隔振效果和对系统扭振特性的改善效果明显优于C35型。装配C48型后使得系统的共振点移到正常工作转速以外,在发动机转速范围内各挡均无明显的共振区域,满足车辆的安全行驶需要。The torsional vibration model of multi-mass-spring system is built for a tracked vehicle power-train system. Through torsional vibration calculation and bench test of power-train system with C35 type and C48 type reed elastic coupling in mechanical condition, the vibration isolation effect and torsional vibration characteristics improvement effect of C48 is obviously superior to C35. The resonance point of the power-train system with C48 is moved beyond the scope of operating speed, and no obvious resonance within the engine operating speed rang. The C48 meets the needs of vehicle safety driving demands.
