摘　　要：水库移民的社会适应程度决定移民能否在迁入地"住得稳",而了解水库移民的社会适应现状有助于解决移民问题,帮助移民更好地在迁入地"扎根"。通过对迁入地居民的调查,从身份认同、人际关系、文化适应与社会排斥等方面间接地反映水库移民在迁入地的适应状况,认为水库移民的社会适应程度相对较高、移民与居民之间仍存在利益冲突、部分迁入地居民对移民仍持排斥态度。望能更好地解决迁入地居民与水库移民两类群体间的冲突。Social adaptation degree of reservoir settlers decides whether reservoir settlers can be settled in.Therefore,knowing reservoir settlers＇ adaptive status is helpful for solving their problems,and then helping them settle down.By researching on residents in immigrant areas,the study reflects settlers＇ adaptive status indirectly through identity,interpersonal relationship,acculturation and social inclusion.The research indicates that reservoir settlers＇ social adaptation degree is correspondingly high,conflict of interest still exists between reservoir settlers and residents,and some residents still hold an exclusive attitude to reservoir settlers.The study is helpful for resolving disputes between two groups.
